Abstract:
Objective To establish the methods of LAMP assay in human bocavirus(HBoV) and use to detect clinical samples. Methods Establish LAMP assay for HBoV by using primer explorer V4 (LAMP primer design software) on line to design LAMP primer for sequence NP1 of HBoV. Evaluate its sensitivity and specificity. Results Comparing with traditional PCR, LAMP shows good specificity and higher sensitivity until 10 copy. By LAMP assay we get 5 positive samples in 76 clinical swabs from the children with respiratory infections. Conclusion LAMP assay for detection of HBoV is sensitive, efficient,rapid and simple. It is a new way to detect HBoV in clinical test.
