Abstract:
Objective To set up an an analysis method of fingerprint chromatogram of the water-soluble constituents of Wula'er Ganeao(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch)by HPLC,and lay a foundation for the quality control of medical material of Wula'er Gancao and Gancao Extractum.Methods The procedure of RP-HPLC was performed on a chromatographic column of Waters Sunfire~(TM)C_(18)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),using methanol-phosphoric acid water solution(0.1%)as the gradient elution,and the mobile phase was at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength wag at 260 nm and the analysis time was95 minutes at the temperature of 25℃.HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of 12 batches of Wula'er Gancao samples from main production area were analyzed.Results Under the above chromatographic conditions,18 chromatographic peaks consisted of the characteristic peak of fingerprint ehromatogram of the watersoluble constituents of Wula'er Gancao through similarity analysis,among which 4 were identified.Conclusion The fingerprint ehromatogram of water-soluble constituents of Wula'er Gancao set up by RPHPLC is simple,stable and repeatable,which can be used to lay a foundation for the quality control of medical material of Wula'er Gancao and Ganeao Extractum.
