Abstract:
Blood transfusion plays a vital role in emergency of accident and health care. The country blood resourece depends mainly the periodical blood seller and blood donors. The blood collection has obtained some achievement but been shortcomings. The Institute of Hematology and blood transfusion planned the strategy for selecting the blood donors.
