Abstract:
Daucosterol is a kind of phytosterol widely existing in plants.After separation, it is used in the research of pharmacological action and disease prevention. In order to promote the related research of daucosterol and provide theoretical basis, the pharmacological effects of daucosterol were comprehensively analyzed after searching, collecting and collating the relevant literature of carotene, and its pharmacological effects and mechanism were summarized and discussed. It has been found to have good pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor, anti-oxidation and neuroprotection, but the current research is still in its infancy and needs further exploration.
