Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of neuropathic pain by using lidocaine epidural.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment process of neuropathy pain of two cases who using lidocaine epidural,optimizing regimen,reduced the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.In the view of the treatment for patients with similar adverse reactions,clinical pharmacists through searching for literatures to get related pharmaceutical information,and then combining with the conditions of individual patients,provided evidence-based medicine support for clinical treatment,and optimized individual dosage regimen.Results and conclusion Clinical pharmacists participated in the clinical work,provided treatment suggestions from the perspective of pharmacology,improved the curative effect of drugs and reduced the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
