Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of Wuzhi-tablets on blood concentration of tacrolimus in nephrotic syndrome patients.Methods The nephrotic syndrome patients taking tacrolimus were selected as the study subjects.The control group was tacrolimus alone,and the treatment group was tacrolimus combined with Wuzhi-tablets.Enzyme immunoassay was used to detect the concentration of tacrolimus.The general condition,medication status,liver and kidney function indexes of patients were recorded.The effect of Wuzhi tablets on the blood concentration of tacrolimus was analyzed.Results The concentrations of tacrolimus in treatment group and control group were (4.16 ± 1.48) and (6.16 ±2.34) ng· mL-1 with significant difference (P ＜0.01).The effect of Wuzhi-tablets on tacrolimus blood concentration is related to age and gender.Conclusion Wuzhi-tablets can significantly increase the whole blood concentration of tacrolimus,without significant effect on liver and kidney function of patients,but close attention should be paid to the patients with different genders andages.
