Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods Ninety-six elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control and treatment groups with 48 cases per group.Control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium 20 mg per time,qd,orally.Treatment group was given salviae mihiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection 10 mL per time,qd,intravenous drip,on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for 2 weeks.Then clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of treatment and control groups were 85.42% (41 cases / 48 cases) and 66.67% (32 cases /48 cases) with significant difference (P < 0.05).The adverse drug reactions of treatment group were dizziness and gastrointestinal discomfort,which in control group were gastrointestinal discomfort and elevated alanine transaminase.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 6.25% and 8.33% without significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets has a definitve clinical efficacy and safety in treatment of senile hypertension.
