Abstract: Objective To analyze the occurrence characteristic and preventive measures of adverse drug reactions (ADR) caused by monascus single drug preparations.Methods To retrieve Chinese CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database,as of May 2017.Office software was used to analyze the adverse drug reactions of monascus single drug.Results A total of 13 articles,including 13 patients,were included.Adverse drug reactions of monascus single medicine preparations involved the system and (or) the main organ for musculoskeletal system damage (38.46％),followed by hepatobiliary system damage (23.08％),and the urinary system damage(15.38％).Conclusion The drug production enterprises should strengthen the revision of drug adverse drug reactions of the drug in clinical application,and attention should be paid to the occurrence of adverse drug reactions of monascus monotherapy drugs in clinical use.Besides the understanding of adverse drug reactions and medication guide should be strenthened to avoid the occurrence of serious adverse drug reactions.
