Abstract:
Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA),associated with various diseases,has obvious effects on cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial hypertrophy,myocardial infarction,heart failure,myocardial fibrosis and so on.Zinc finger antisense 1 (ZFAS1),a member of the lncRNA family,is involved in the development and progression of breast cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer and other tumors.Recent studies found that it was closely related to cardiovascular diseases.This article reviews the research progresses of lncRNA in cardiovascular disease as well as the lncRNA-ZFSA1.
