Abstract:
Physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model,as a model based on mathematical mechanism,has been applied to the pharmacokinetic study of special populations.From the perspective of the changes in pregnancy women's physiology and the cytochrome P450 enzymes,we introduce the construction method of pregnancy physiologically based pharmacokinetic model (p-PBPK) and its application in predicting pharmacokinetic parameters of pregnant women.At the same time,we analyze and discuss the prospect of drug safety and efficacy in pregnant women by combining the application examples.
