Abstract:
Blood donation for saving the life is a humanitarian and clevated action. The people health is most valuable resource "healthy people - strong country". In Vietnam, there has been not enough of blood for the treatment. The date of blood transfusion safety (7.4) is an opportunity for mobilizing the "blood donation for the life" program.
