Abstract:
Diabetic nephropathyis is one of the most microvascular complications in diabetes mellitus,a leading cause of end-stage renal disease and a major cause of morbidity and mortality in diabetic patients,has almost 40％ incidence rate.It become a threat to human life and health,but the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is complicated,not fully studied thoroughly,we have been lacking of active and effective treatment.Therefore,figure out the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy in order to prevent and delay its development to seek effective treatment has become one of the current emphasis of medical research.In this paper,we will synthesize domestic and foreign research literature to explored the molecular mechananism of renal tissue in diabetic nephropathy.
