Abstract:
Piperine possesses numerous excellent and extensive pharma cological activities,such as anticancer,anti-inflammatory,antibiosis,and so on.Many researches have been reported on structural modification of piperine as a leading compound.The current review intends to introduce the research progress of chemical synthesis and biological activities of piperine derivatives concisely and illustrate the structure-activity relationship of derivatives so as to offer reference and experience for the subsequent research and development of piperine analogues.
