Abstract: Prostate cancer is the most common malignant tumor in male reproductive system,and androgen receptor (AR) signaling plays a critical role in the development and progression of prostate cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine shed light on the prevention and treatment of prostate cancer.Here,we focus on the relationship between AR and prostate cancer,as well as the mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine compound,unilateral and monomer,which inhibits prostate cancer progression by regulating AR signaling.
