Abstract: Ion channels are widely distributed in the cardiomyocytes and they are the electrical bases of cardiac excitement-contraction coupling.Abnormal changes of ion channel can lead to a variety of cardiovascular diseases,such as arrhythmia and heart failure.Recent years,several research have focused on the miRNA and diseases.Some of them suggested that miRNAs involved in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases,which were closely related with ion channels.The function of ion channels would change along with the change of the miRNAs.The following paper reviewed that some miRNAs regulated myocardial ion channels according to the existing studies,especially those potent targets of drugs.
