Abstract:
Mucus hypersecretion is an important physiopathologic change in allergic rhinitis,and seriously affects the quality of work and life.Pharmacotherapy targets for suppression of mucus hypersecretion in allergic rhinitis include:inflammatory mediators,cytokines,muscarinic receptors,neuropeptides,signal pathways of mediating mucus hypersecretion and so on.This article reviewed the research ideas and the latest progress of the research on the treatment of allergic rhinitis mucus hypersecretion,in order to provide reference for the researchers and clinicians.
