Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pharmacists involved in 1 case of meropeneminduced pseudomembranous colitis treatment.Methods Clinical pharmacists understand the symptoms and signs of the patients and the examination results to analysis the case and give recommendations and pharmaceutical care.Results and Conclusion For the patients with pseudomembranous colitis induced by anti infection treatment,pharmacists can be with the physician to optimize scheme and to guarantee the safety and effectiveness of drug use.
