Abstract:
Colorectal cancer ( CRC ) is one of the most common clinical gastrointestinal cancer .Researchers , clinicians in colorectal cancer re-search in this area has been in continuous efforts .In this exploration of the road, the presence of colorectal cancer in animal models is unshaka-ble.This paper reviews the methods of animal models of colorectal can-cer, factors affecting successful model ,and it’s meaning, etc.to expand the discussion , provide a basis for a sense of colorectal further experi-mental research and clinical.
