Abstract:
MicroRNA is a kind of small RNA, about 20 -24 nucleo-tides. It was involved in pathological process of many cardiovascular diseases, such as arrhythmia, heart failure, myocardial infarction, myo-cardial fibrosis and so on.Recently studies found that microRNA had be-come one potential drug target for the treatment of cardiovascular disea-ses.In this review, we summarized the research of drugs targeting on microRNA in treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
