Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of clomifene combined with small amount aspirin in the treatment of anovulia patients and their effects on the endometrial.Methods One hardred thirty-one anovulia patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( n =64 ) and control group(n=67).The patients in the control group were treated with clomifene 50 mg, qd orally on the 3 to 5 days of menstrual cycle for 5 days.Patients in the treatment group were treated with clomifene 50 mg, qd orally combined with aspirin 50 mg, qd orally until ovulation. The pregnancy rate, endometrial thickness was compared between the two groups( P >0.05 ) .Results The rate of pregnancy was 25.0% and 19.4%in the treatment and control group respectively without significant difference(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness and follicular diameter were (9.2 ±2.6 ) mm, ( 19.2 ±2.2 ) mm in the treatment group.And (8.3 ±2.1)mm, (18.4 ±2.0)mm in the control group.The endometri-al thickness and follicular diameter were not statistically different between the two groups( P>0.05 ) .The endometrial type A, B and distribution had no significant different between the two group ( P>0.05 ) .And the drug associated adverse drug reactions were not statistically different (P>0.05).Conclusion There was no difference of pregnancy rate as well as endometrial thickness between clomifene and clomifene combined with small amount aspirin in the treatment of anovulia patients.
