Abstract:
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determina-tion of geniposide and liquiritin in Huoxiang Qingwei soft capsules. Methods The separation was performed on a Inertsil C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (5∶15∶80∶0.1) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL? min -1 .UV detection wave -length was at 254 nm.Column temperature was at 30℃.The specificity, lower limit of quantitation and standard curve, precision and recovery rate and stability were investiga-ted.Results The geniposide showed a good linearity in 25.44-254.40μg? mL-1 ( r =0.999 4 ) , the recovery rate ranged from 96.78% to 98.78%.And the liquiritin showed a good linearity in 10.24 -100.25μg? mL-1 ( r =0.999 7 ) , the recovery rate ranged from 96.49% to 98.09%.Conclusion The proposed method is specific, accurate, simple and applicable for better control of determination of geniposide and liquiritin in Huoxiang Qingwei soft capsules.
