Abstract:
MicroRNA ( miRNA) is derived length of about 20-24 nu-cleotides in non-coding single-stranded RNA molecules within a class , in terms of cell growth, proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation plays an important role.Wherein the microRNA -143 is a tumor inhibitory miRNA, which showed low expression in a variety of tumors , is regarded as tumor suppressor.With further research , the study of miR -143 in other areas is gradually increasing , so this aspect of miR -143 in cancer , cardiovascular , type 2 diabetes and other complications , and cell differentiation studies the case reviewed.
