Abstract:
Objective To explore pharmaceutical care points and stan-dardized pharmacy practice model patients with for coronary heart disease receiving percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods Pharmacy prac-tices were conducted and care points were searched in four case of percu-taneous coronary intervention with contrast agents to improve the outcome of therapy, according to medication history and allergic history. Results and Conclusion Clinical pharmacist pay attention to the medication history and reduce the risk of drug adverse reaction, to improve rational drug use and ensure the medication safety.
