Abstract:
Objective To analyse the medication treatment patterns of mental disorder in Hebei province in 2012.Methods A total of the 4221 patients including outpatient and inpatient , who were diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar mania and depression from Hebei province were selected and investigated with self -made questionnaire.Results The 69.2% patients of schizophrenia were treated with mono -pharma-cy, 30.8% were treated with at least two antipsychotics.More inpatients use combined antipsychotics than outpatients (P <0.01).The 87.3%patients of bipolar disorder were treated with antipsychotic agents , 76.4% with mood stabilizers, 29.2% with the benzodiazepine.And most of the bipolar disorder patients ( 82.5%) were treated with psychiatric medications.The 95.6% patients of depression were treated with antidepressants.The common concomitant medication were benzodi -azepine (41.4%) .Conclusion The drug patterns of schizophrenia , bipolar disorder and depression in Hebei province are rational .
