Abstract:
Objective To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the standardized management of the antimicrobial drugs.Methods The medical records of 64 patients with clinical pharmacist intervention after the treatment in January 2012 to June 2012 were set as control group.The medical records of 64 patients with clinical pharmacist intervention before the treatment in July 2012 to April 2013 were set as the observation group , the efficacy and safety of anti -infection treatment of the two groups pa-tients were compared.Results The observation group total the anti -in-fection treatment efficiency , recovery time , hospitalization time , the inci-dence of adverse reactions , irrational use of antibiotics of the observation group were also better than those of the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05).Conclusion Establish and perfect the clinical pharmacists involved in the rational use of antimicrobial agents in the management system and standardized operating modes for rational drug use played a positive role.
