Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of Jiejiu Xiaozhi detection on oxidative stress and the expression of cytokine in rats with alcoholic fatty liver ( AFL).Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group and model group.Rats were administered with alcohol and fed with fat emulsion to replicate AFL model.Model rats were divided in-to the model group , the compound Yiganling group ( 0.04 g · kg -1 ) and three groups of different doses of Jiejiu Xiaozhi detection ( 16.5 ,33.0 , 66.0 g· kg -1 ).In the process of modeling , the normal group and the model group were administered with 0.9%NaCl, and other groups were given corresponding medicine by gavage for 6 weeks, after which the con-tents of malondialdehyde ( MDA) , superoxide dismutase ( SOD) in serum and hepatic tissue , tumor necrosis factor α( TNF-α) and interleukin 1 ( IL-1 ) in serum were examined.The expressing of TNF -αmRNA and IL-1βmRNA in hepatic tissue were detected by RT -PCR.Re-sults Compared with the model group , in the Jiejiu Xiaozhi detection with middle and high doses groups , the contents of MDA in hepatic tissue and serum were significantly reduced ( P <0.05 , P <0.01 ).The ex-pressing of TNF -αmRNA, IL -1βmRNA in hepatic tissue and TNF-α, IL-1 in serum were significantly down -regulated ( P<0.05 , P <0.01 ).The contents of SOD in serum and hepatic tissue were significantly increased ( P<0.05 ,P<0.01 ).Conclusion Jiejiu Xiaozhi detection can reduce inflammatory response in hepatic tissue and decrease lipid peroxidation.So it can protect liver function.
