Abstract:
Objective Evaluation of measurement uncertainty for the determination concentration of troxerutin in human plasma.Methods Determine the plasma concentration by LC-MS/MS and appraise the un-certainty.Results The expand uncertainty of 1 ng·mL~(-1) was 0.53 ng ·mL~(-1).Conclusion The uncertainty of this experiment Was mainly caused by the calibration curve and the sample pretreatment.
