Abstract:
This study was performed on the rabbit skin using CO2laser. Rabbits were divided into 6 batches to receive CO2 laser with settings 5w to 8w, 1 - 2mm spots and 0.1s pulse to continuous waves. The results showed that thermal damages varied from 207m in 8A batches (8w, 1mm, 0.1s) to 817m in 5D batches (5w, 2mm, CW). The crater of the laser impact site in 8w, 1mm, 0.1s batch is cleaner and sharper then that in other batches
