- Abstract: Ischemic stroke is a medical emergency that requires precise diagnosis and prompt treatment. Nonetheless, it is essential to evaluate alternative conditions, such as seizure, peripheral neuropathy and malignancy, with special attention to lymphoma due to its variable clinical manifestations, imaging features, and prognosis. In this report, we present a case of a patient who initially exhibited symptoms and radiological findings considered as lacunar stroke but was ultimately diagnosed with diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
