Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of high quality nursing care in operation room nursing. Methods80 patients under surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 patients in each by using random number table. Patients in control group received routine nursing care and patients in intervention group received high quality nursing care. Scores of indicators of nursing care quality were compared between two groups. Results The satisfaction rates of nursing care quality before, during and after operation, techniques of paramedics, operation room environment and nursing care in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P＜0. 05). The images of paramedics between two groups were not statistically different (P＞0. 05). Conclusion It could improve the quality and satisfaction rate of nursing care by implementing high quality nursing care in operation room nursing.
