Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical value of coronary artery imaging. Methods All 399 patients received CTA examination by 64 slice coronary spiral CT, and the restructure of the image was conducted. Results Among 399 pa-tients, the MSCT found 1044 patients with various types of patches. Mild, moderate and severe stenosis of coronary artery mostly distributed in the proximal segment of left anterior descending branch and right coronary artery. Con-clusion MSCT can find different degree of luminal stenosis or occlusion and myocardial infarction at the same time. MSCT coronary artery imaging can be used as an advanced means of screening for coronary heart disease.
