Study on effect of GnRh-a combined with laparoscopic operation in treatment of endometriosis

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic operation combined with GnRh-a in treatment of en-dometriosis. Methods Selected 36 cases of laparoscopic operation in treatment of EMS patients as control group from January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital, another seleceted 36 cases of EMS patients at the same period used GnRh-a combined laparoscopic operation treatment as a united group,after the treatment,followed up for 12 months,the recurrence rate,pregnancy rate were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.9%,significantly than the control group,the difference was significant (χ2=4.397,P<0.05). In 4 cases of recurrence within 1 years after discontinuation of the control group(1 cases in stageⅣ,3 cases in stageII),the recur-rence rate was 11.1%(4/36),manifested as dysmenorrhea or pelvic mass. A control group of 16 cases of infertility pa-tients 2 cases of pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 12.5%, without the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy. Recurrence within 1 years after stopping drug combined group 1 cases (Ⅳ),the recurrence rate was 2.8%(1/36),the 18 infertile patients 8 cases of pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 44.4%. the recurrence rate of combined group was lower than the control group,the difference was significant(χ2=7.354,P<0.05),the pregnancy rate in combined group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was significant(χ2=6.327,P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of GnRh-a combined with laparoscopic operation in the treatment of endometriosis is accurate,can reduce the recurrence rate,im-prove the pregnancy rate,worthy of promotion and application.
