Abstract:
Objective To discuss the ultrasound findings and misdiagnosis reasons of uterine sarcoma, in order to im-prove the rate of preoperative diagnostic. Methods Ultrasound findings of 10 cases of uterine sarcoma patients con-firmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 10 cases of uterine sarcoma, 6 cases were misdiagnosed as uterine fibroids, 1 case as uterine muscle gland disease, 1 case as ovarian tumor and 2 cases as endometrial carcinoma by ultrasound. Conclusion Ultrasound findings of uterine sarcoma has no characteristics, and the rate of ultrasound misdiagnosis is high.
