Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of multi-slice spiral CT scan faces in identifying paraspinal tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis of 33 patients admitted to our hospital who had paraspinal tumor. It had been confirmed that neurogenic tumors in 30 cases, 2 cases of solitary fibrous tumors and 1 case of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma postoperative pathological. Results Compared with the patient's routine preoperative CT image and enhanced CT perfusion images, it can be found benign manifestations can be found 29 cases, including 17 cases of schwannoma in all neurogenic tumors, eight cases of neurofibroma, four cases of ganglion cell tumors. Conventional CT appear as round or oval soft tissue, muscle tissue density slightly lower shadow, and individual patients were seen scattered in the necrotic area, which may form calcification. There was one case of malignant manifestations, schwannoma. It was visible on conventional CT imaging soft tissue density uneven erosion caused by vertebral bone destruction. Patients after partial perfusion CT scan, the results showed a circular, uniform, non-uniform, non-reinforced, strengthened and many other types of separate samples. Conclusion Neurogenic tumors is a primary part in paraspinal tumors. It is of great significance to make sure posterior mediastinal neurogenic tumors of various CT and contrast-enhanced CT image characteristics for the identifi-cation of the clinical side mediastinal mass in the spine.
