The effect of flupentixol melitracen on negative emotions and curative ef-fect of patients with functional dyspepsia

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of flupentixol melitracen on negative emotions and curative effect of pa-tients with functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods All 146 patients with FD were randomly allocated to control group and observation group on the basis of random number table, with 73 patients in each group. The control group was given mosapride and omeprazole, while the observation group was added flupentixol melitracen. Differences of negative emo-tions and curative effects between the two groups were compared after four weeks. Results Total remission rate and to-tal effective rate in the observation group were 21.92% and 90.41% respectively, both higher than those of 6.85% and 71.23% in the control group. Main symptoms of FD, HAMA, and HAMA-17 scores in the observation group after the treatment were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of drug adverse events between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Flupentixol melitracen helps to reduce patients' negative emotions, alleviate clinical symptoms and enhance curative effect without increasing risks of taking drugs,which is recommended to be applied in a regular basis.
