The psychological impact of intervention on psychological care of patients with cancer radiotherapy

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the psychological care interventions for cancer radiotherapy psychological status of patients. Methods A total of 120 cases of cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 treated with ra-diotherapy were selected for the study, which was in accordance with randomly divided into routine group and interven-tion group and the conventional group received routine care, the intervention group received psychological nursing in-tervention, the two groups were observed psychological conditions. Results The intervention group and conventional care group SAS scores and SDS scores showed no significant difference (P>0.05); After nursing, intervention group and the conventional group of former SAS score and SDS score significantly were higher than before nursing differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Satisfaction with clinical care of patients in the intervention group was 93.3%, satisfaction with routine clinical care of patients was 72.7%, satisfaction with clinical care of patients in the interven-tion group was higher than the conventional group of patients in clinical nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). Quality of life scores of patients in the intervention group were(86.3±3.2)points, routine quality of life scores for the group of patients(73.4±2.5)points. Quality of life scores of patients in the intervention group were higher than the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical course of cancer patients treated with radiotherapy for the treatment of psychologi-cal care to strengthen targeted interventions feasible and effective in improving patients' emotion. Meanwhile, to im-prove clinical care and patient satisfaction also has obvious advantages, improving the quality of life of patients after ra-diotherapy , worthy of clinical application and promotion.
