Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect MEBO in treatment of burns. Methods A total of 60 patients were selected as the objects from Jan 2012 to Jan 2014, and were divided into observation group and control group ac-cording to random number table, each of 30 cases, the observation group treated with MEBO, while the control group treated with a topical silver sulfadiazine, the analgesic effect, pain conditions and treatment of patients during wound healing time situation were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.0%, the analgesic effect was significantly better than the control group (90.0% vs 60.0%, P <0.05). The degree of pain during the treat-ment of patients in the observation group was significantly lighter than the control group (P <0.05). Shallow observation group Ⅱ patients, deep Ⅱ degree, degree Ⅲ wound healing time was significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion MEBO in treating patients with burns conducive pain, can reduce pain, shorten healing time, worthy of promotion and application.
