Abstract:
Volunteer spirit,as the epitome of responsibility awareness and the spirit of the times,is the spiritual quality that medical students in the new era should possess.The cultivation of the volunteer spirit of medical students is not only the era expansion of the Marxist doctrine of comprehensive development of human beings and the era embodiment of traditional Chinese medical ethics,but also the era practice of the centuries-old voluntary culture of the Communist Party of China.In the new era,strengthening the cultivation of the volunteer spirit of medical students is conducive to enriching the ideological and political education content of medical universities and colleges,improving the level of social civilization,and helping medical students to become outstanding physicians.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive cultivation model of"school-individual-family-society"by transforming educational concepts,activating educational momentum,consolidating educational forces,expanding educational fields,and other paths,to make volunteer spirit become a powerful spiritual force for the growth and success of medical students.
