Abstract:
Red doctor’s culture is a unique cultural pattern within China’s medical and health industry. It injects red kinetic energy, solidifies the foundation of quality, and establishes industry norms for the high-quality development of public hospitals from three dimensions, including politics, technology, and work style. It is the source of power to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals. Public hospitals should be guided by the red doctor’s culture, committed to “strengthening politics, optimizing technology, improving work style, and promoting services”, while consistently maintaining political introspection, self-improvement of abilities, self-discipline of morals, and proactive behavior. Public hospitals should play their core role in meeting the growing health needs of the people, as well as assisting in the construction of a “healthy China” and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
