Abstract: 18F-florbetapir (AV45) positron emission tomography (PET) imaging, as a non-invasive method for early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, has been gradually recognized in China. Standard examination procedures, standard examination techniques, and standard image interpretation and reports will help us to obtain high-quality images and accurate quantitative analysis data. Therefore, in reference to the domestic and foreign guidelines, the standardization examinations and clinical researches of 18F-AV45 PET in China are introduced based on the the current status of our country and clinical practical experience to provide accurate diagnosis services to the patients.
