Abstract:
Parasagittal meningioma (PSM) often causes superior sagittal sinus stenosis or occlusion,which leads to obstruction of venous circulation.The establishment of collateral circulation provides guarantee for venous reflux.Detailed and accurate preoperative evaluation and proper surgical strategies are the guarantee of achieving protection of normal venous system.The evaluation methods of imaging and its surgical values in PSM are reviewed in this article.
