Abstract: Objective To study the clinical outcomes of diffuse axonal injury(DAI) Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted involving 105 patients with DAI treated with comprehensive therapies.Results In the follow-up for 6 to 30 months,23 patients died,and among the 82 patients survived,6 wefe in vegetative state,19 had severe disabilities,37 had moderate disabilities,and 20 showed good recovery. Conclusion Comprehensive treatments including early use of hormones,hypothcrmic therapy,and application of hyperbaric oxygen and nimodipine can improve the prognosis of DAI.
