- Abstract: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) can affect various biological processes, such as cell proliferation, migration, and angiogenesis, by regulating chromosome remodeling, gene transcription or protein translation. This review summarizes recent research progress in the role of lncRNAs in the occurrence and development of infantile hemangioma, in order to provide new directions for the treatment of infantile hemangioma.
