- Abstract: Tumor heterogeneity is one of the important characteristics of melanoma. Single-cell RNA sequencing not only can further reveal the heterogeneity of melanoma cells, but also has unique advantages in analyzing the occurrence and development of melanoma, finding new targets for immunotherapy and uncovering mechanisms of drug resistance. This review summarizes the application of single-cell RNA sequencing in melanoma research.
