Abstract: Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of bladder is a rare malignant tumor with high degree of malignancy, strong invasiveness and poor prognosis. We reported a case of a 56-year-old man who underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor because of bladder mass. Postoperative pathology revealed large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the bladder with urothelial carcinoma. Radical cystectomy was performed after postoperative chemotherapy, and there was no recurrence after 3 months of follow-up.
