Abstract: Flanged intrascleral intraocular lens implantation has become one of the mainstream treatment solutions for aphakia in clinical practice due to its ability to avoid dislocation of the intraocular lens,or subluxation caused by suture degradation or breakage,as well as the ability to eliminate complications such as inflammation or infection caused by su-tures,and the significant improvement in postoperative vision for patients.However,there has been no systematic analysis of the factors that may lead to postoperative refractive prediction errors in China.This article analyzes the possible prob-lems of flanged intrascleral intraocular lens implantation and the reasons for postoperative refractive prediction errors,in order to provide reference for clinical work.
