Abstract:
A male patient with the cardiac injury admitted to Cao bang provincial general hospital due to the cardiac attack and received an operation. There were 3 major causes of the cardiac injuries comprise: fire, metal and cardiac close injuries. It should be taken an attention in order to correctly diagnose position of injuries, respiratory status; breast X-ray, cardiac ultrasound, pleurocardiac test, cutting the left costal cartilage. The treatment: patients should be divided into 3 groups: group 1 and group 2 wait for concentration diagnosis and group 3 for immediate surgery.
