3.Assessment of stock process in national business during period 1999-2003
Pharmaceutical Journal 2004;44(12):2-3
The reality, some results and shortcomings of privatization process of state owned pharmacies were evaluated at period 1999-2003. The result: privatizating state owned pharmacies is relatively good, the amount of privatizated state owned pharmacies increase continously in past years. However, although there were 54,1% of provinces and cities implementing privatization but mainly that are enterprises belong to 2 regions of The Red river delta and South- East Viet Nam. This showed that the privatization process of regions isn’t equal. According to the plan, in 1998 there had been 7 units carrying out privatization but to the end of the 2000, there was only 1 first unit conversing successtly. That is the branch of Hai Phong 1 Health company changing into HaiPhong Health trade privatization company. Estimating to 12/2003, there were 8 center state owned pharmacies and 65 local state owned pharmacies privatized. They concentrate most in South VietNam

4.Study on influence of some additifs on stability of eye drops with vitamine B5
Pharmaceutical Journal 2004;44(12):14-18
The effect of buffer system, adjustment substance pH, pH of solution, antioxygen and antiseptic on the stability of eye drop solution with vitamin B5 was studied. The result: at pH 5,5, buffer system of acetat, of citrat and of phosphat strictly influence to the stability of eye drop solution containing vitamin B5. This solution also sustained with antioxygen dinatri edetat 0,02%, combining with natri metabisulfid 0,1% -0,3% don’t make increase the stability of product. The antiseptic of benzalkonium clorid and chlorobutanol don’t influence to the stability of this solution. But benzalkonium clorid is appropriate than chlorobutanol because of it don’t absorb through PE plastic, the antiseptic efficacy increase with the presence of dinatri edetat and this make increase the bioavailability of drug

6.Additional comments about exploit coming to meet chemical drugs whose intellectual ownership will be expired during the period 2005-2015
Pharmaceutical Journal 2005;347(3):2-4
Forecast during 10 years from 2005 to 2014, the numbers of chemical drugs whose intellectual ownership will be expired are 83 substances with their turnover of over 100 billion USD. These are main substances that used for treating chronic diseases among non-communicable diseases - a disease pattern in the developed countries and industrializing countries, which Vietnam is one of them. To study about exploit coming to meet chemical drugs whose intellectual ownership will be expired, many generic manufactories have built research – development strategy in order to produce some specific generic groups, avoiding the simple “copy” of the formula and forms of available brand name products

10.Determination of two species “c? lu?i r?n” (Hedyotis corymbosa (L)) and “Lu?i r?n hoa tr?ng” (Hedyotis diffusa willd) in Vietnam
Pharmaceutical Journal 2005;354(10):5-7
“Cỏ lưỡi rắn” (Hedyotis corymbosa (L.) and “lưỡi rắn hoa trắng” or “bạch hoa xà thiệt thảo” (Hedyotis diffusa Willd) are two different species. Both of them grow wildly in Viet nam. According to Viet nam traditional medicine, the species are used to make drug. They have
antipyretic, detoxication effects, used in the treatment of inflammation and lesions induced by venomous bitten. Recently, the researchers determined active element in two species as ursolic acid, oleanolic acid and geniprosidic acid. These active ingredients have effect of tumor inhibition (in vivo and in vitro). In China, Hedyotis diffusa Willd was used to treat cancer
