1.Foundation software installation and setting of Novell local area network

NetWare 4.11 edition of Novell being an example, this paper introduces the foundation, software installation and authority setting of Novell local area networkLAN from such aspects as basic request of server and workstation hardware, network topology, preparation of software installation for server, installation of Netware, exit from server console, fixing of workstation software and setting of user authority. And the Novell LAN adopts the layout standard of Ethernet network and working model of client-server, which has several advantages including low request for hardware, great capability in fault toleration, flexible configuration and strong reliability and stability.
2.Application of biosensor to cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation

In open heart surgery,perioperative arterial pressure is an important index for Circulatory monitoring.Pressure sensor,an invasive arterial pressure monitor,can provide accurate,reliable and continuous arterial pressure value,and determine the status of the blood volume or the heart through wave analysis.It is necessary to grasp the components,principle and technical requirements of biosensor applied to clinical practice.
3.Development of Colposcopy Graphics Reporting System

Objective To develop a graphic reporting system,which should have good scalability,and be able to connect with the hospital information system,to restore the operation of colposcopy.Methods The system adopted multi-layer C/S structure.Microsoft SQL Server database platform was used in data layer.Application service layer and client application were developed with Delphi.ADO components were integrated into application service layer to connect the database.Client applications and application service layers communicated with each other through the SOCKET protocol.Image processing module was based on the acquisition hardware design,using the development kits provided by the hardware merchant to achieve acquisition and processing functions.Results The graphic reporting system achieved real-time image acquisition,and possessed the function of flexibly generating reports.Besides dynamic setting of the menu,the system was even innovative in achieving the report's custom settings,which could be easily carried out in different departments because of its capability of setting up totally different kinds of report contents and output format according to different demands.Conclusion The graphic reporting system meets the design requirements for restoring the operation of the original colposcopy equipment.Furthermore,it is innovative among the similar systems in achieving a dynamic interface design,which has a good scalability to meet the demand for similar departments.It resolves the problem of developing the hardware-based personalized image acquisition software,so that it can effectively reduce the operational costs.
4.Application value of multi-row spiral CT and multi-slice spiral CT

Objective To discuss the structure function of multi-slice spiral CT for further enhancement of its application value.Methods The research is carried out through such aspects as the machine structure,image reconstruction method,scanning function,equipment self-restraint function of 16 slices multi-row spiral CT.Results With CT image resolution improved,spurious shade reduced and radiation dose dropped,the whole image quality enhances greatly.Conclusion In the using process of MSCT,different selection of slice thickness and detectors as well as the application of different image reconstruction methods in correct and reasonable using of CT technology will enrich clinical image information and further consummate the MSCT equipment functionality.
5.TYPE KNY OTOSALPINGOPIESOGRAPH

Type KNY otosalpingopiezograph(OSPG)is capable of determining the value of opening pressure of the auditory tube and recording the waveform of move- ment of the tympanic membrane.It can be emplbyed in both qualitative and quantita- tive analysis of the patency of the auditory tube.Dataprinting performed automatica- lly with clear waveforms not influenced by various environmental factors.
6.Design and Making of Network Cable Tester Port Expander

Objective To develop a port expander for simple network cable tester,which can raise the testing efficiency of the computer network twisted-pair.Methods Several RJ-45 sockets were used to connect the eight points separatedly according to the same arrangement order.One socket was connected to testing port by short twisted-pair,while other sockets were used as expander port.Results In practical test,the operation only needs one person,who could test the computer network twisteded-pair conveniently without going back and forth frequently between the two terminals of the tested line.Conclusion It is proved by testing that the port expander for the simple network cable tester can raise the testing efficiency of the computer network twist-pair.
7.Exploration on Application of CMMI for Development Process of Medical Device Software

Objective To correctly apply the Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMI) model to the development process of medical device software,thus optimizing and improving the development process and enhancing the software process capability.Methods The matching between CMMI and IEC62304 was analyzed.The compatibility on application was investigated by taking risk management(the core process) as an example.Results The interface between CMMI and IEC62304 was discovered as well as their optimized process in risk management.Conclusion The process of medical device software development not only can be improved by CMMI model,but also should be.
8.RAPID BIOCHEMICAL SYSTEM FOR IDENTIFICATION OF AN AEROBIC BACTERIA

We reported here a rapid biochemical system for identificationm of anaerobic bacteria by directly detecting cnzyme produced by cultured anaerobic colonial cells. Anaerobic bacteria suspension was prepared in pH7.4 bouillon yeast solution, a series of different substrates was added,then the mixture was incubated in 37~C for 4-6 hours.Various specific reactions could be shown by adding indicator or reagents.Our system is modified fromAPI 20 and similar to AN-IDENT,RAPID- ANA rapid enzyme methods 12 anaerolic strains of international standard were detected usind this system,the corresponding rate was 92.3%,while the average corresponding rate arrived at 87.5% after detecting 192 strains isolated in hospitals. We coneluded from the results thot this system is a rapid,simple and specific method for identification of anaerobic bacteria and can be applied to clinical and experimental use.
9.THE IMPLEMENT OF AUTOMATIC MODULATION CONTROL FOR DENTAL PLASTICS AND THE MACHINE OF AUTOMATIC THERMOTECHNICAL CONTROL FOR DENTAL PLASTICS

The implement automatic modulation control for dental plastics and the machine of automatic thermotechnical control for dental plasics are ideal modern appliances for polymeri zationand thermotechnic of PMMA.These appliances permit the whole processes of PMMA from modulation to thermotechnic to perform the optimum treatment under programme control. Therfor,we can get the purposes of high efficiency,ensure the quality of prothesis,save material and sources of energy,,and reduce pollution of the enviroment.

This paper introduces the technical progress of the emission computed tomography (ECT) device in these years. As the latest technical advance and applications in nuclear medicine imaging, the features, performances and applications of CTs of dual-head coincidence (DHC) single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and positron emission computed tomography (PET) are discussed.
