Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2015;(9):138-140
The necessity to apply medical devices properly was introduced, and the present situation of the application of hospital medical devices were discussed from the aspects of overuse, abuse, operation and supervision. Some countermeasures were put forward to solve the problems in the application of hospital medical devices. It's pointed out that the application of hospital medical devices tends to be standardized with the progress of medical reformation, the attention on medical devices management, the supervision and etc.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2015;(9):135-137
The present situation and the deficiencies of high-value medical consumables were analyzed. Two-dimensional barcode technology was suggested to be involved in the whole-course dynamic tracing of the high-value consumables to combine the high-value consumables information with the patient information. The course included the links of acquisi-tion, warehousing, barcode preparation, delivering and charging. Two-dimensional barcode technology may enhance the medical consumables management and decrease medical dispute, and thus contributes to the development of digital hospi-tal.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2015;(9):129-132
To establish a consumables supermarket management system to realize the informatized management of the consumables supermarket. The system used SOA as the main architecture, and IIS manager as the pub-lishing tool. The system had the workload, materials and financial resources decreased while the efficiency in-creased, and made the supervisor master the sale information timely. Consumables supermarket informatized management may decrease the hospital's needs for current capital as well as the links, while increase the hospital effi-ciency greatly.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2015;(9):101-103
To realize dynamic and standardized periodical quality control of medical equipment. A set of auto reminder module for medical equipment quality control was established by using the user-defined flow of medical equipment operation maintenance system, and the continuous improvement was realized for medical equipment quality control in some hospital. Dynamic medical equipment quality control was formed from the static one, so that the efficiency of medical equipment quality control was enhanced greatly. References were provided for other hospitals in dynamic and informatzied medical equipment quality control and testing.
6.Measurement uncertainty evaluation of 23 clinical biochemical items by top-down method

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2015;(9):95-97
To evaluate the measurement uncertainty of 23 items of clinical biochemistry. Internal quality control and external quality assessment were used to determine the uncertainty and standard uncertainty for the 23 items detected by Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer. The uncertainties met the requirements of CLIA'88 for allowable error before correction except those of Cl-, P, TCH and TG, and correction made those of P, TCH and TG satisfy the requirements. The top-down method contributes to the understanding of the uncertainty of clinical biochemical items, while further efforts have to be performed for the uncertainty assessment standard.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2015;(9):78-80
To study the value of high-fluorescent cell for the screening of malignant hydrothorax or ascites. The clinical diagnosis results and hydrothorax or ascites specimens of 400 outpatients registered from January to December in 2014 were collected, and high-fluorescent cells were counted with Sysmex XE-5000 blood cell analyzer, and then stained for microscopy. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to explore the sensitivity, speci-ficity, positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio of high-fluorescent cell for screening malignant hydrothorax or ascites. The numbers of high-fluorescent cells of the cancer patients were significantly higher than those of the non-cancer patients, with Z equal to -7.372 and P less than 0.05. The values of the area under curve (AUC), sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio were 0.801, 70.67%, 84.31%, 4.50 and 0.35 respective-ly. Detection of high-fluorescent may be used to screen malignant hydrothorax or ascites, and further exami-nation and follow-up have to be performed in case the number of high-fluorescent cells in the hydrothorax or ascites is not less than 68.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2015;(9):75-77
To investigate the value of MRI for the diagnosis of achilles tendon closed rupture. 1.5T Maestro Class MRI scanner was used for the conventional scanning of 15 patients confirmed with achilles tendon closed ruptures by operation, and then the findings by imaging were compared with those by operation. The 15 patients proved with achilles tendon closed rupture, including 4 cases of incomplete rupture and 11 cases of complete rupture. MRI could display clearly the changes in morphology and signal of incomplete or complete closed ruptures of Achilles tendon, and the results were consistent with those by operation. MRI can make an accurate display of the lo-cation and extent of achilles tendon rupture.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2015;(9):72-74
To design an inpatient charging management system to optimize the patient accounting flow. The problems in all links were analyzed, and auditing mode and flow were modified. Under the existing HIS, the sys-tem was developed with added datasheets, determined elements, desired rules, .Net framework and C# language. The system made the prescription linked with the charging so that the doubtful items could be marked automatically. The system facilitates the fee auditing, shortens the waiting time of the patient, enhances the communication between the departments and promotes the quality of medical records.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2015;(9):66-68
To design a military hospital bonus accounting system. The system used Java as the fore-ground development tool and SQL Server 2005 as the background database, which extracted data from the military hospi-tal cost accounting management system to calculate the bonus with some formula. The system had four functional modules to complete department benefit accounting, bonus calculation, bonus summarization and bonus inquiry. The system decreases the workload and contributes to the standardized management of the accounting.
