Many complications occur in the early stage of post-orthotopic liver transplantation, six patients with or the ptopic liver transplantation, mainly contract hemorrhage, renal insufficience, acute host-vs-graftreaction,palmonary infectin, thoracic fluid and oral ulcer. We conclude in order to improver the postoperation survival of the patients it is very important to closely obere the change of patients and early recognize and deal with various complications on the basis of observing and nursing these patients
2.Treatment and Nursing of 13 Cases of Neonatal Respiratory Failure with Mechanical Ventilation
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2001;17(3):33-34
Observating 13 neonates who accepted mechanical ventilating reatment for respiratory failure, the important methods about the nurse of the neonatal respiratory tract were summarized. The clinical nursing care, the nutritionsurpporting, and the reducing complication of the mechanical ventilation in neonates were emphasized.
3.Investigation and Analysis of the Best Modern Appearance of the Nurse
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2001;17(3):58-59
Object: To explore the best modern appeearance of the nurse. Methods: Investigate the nursing students and clients and analysis the results. Result: The difference between the nursing clients and the nursing students is sure existence. Discuss: (1) Nursing teaching still should pay attention to the effect of biomedicine model. (2)To develop nursing speciality to make the nursing clients have a right understand to nursing

Objective To discuss the application effect of seamless training model of "demonstration unit" on nursing teaching. Methods 210 nursing students from high professional schools from 2006 to 2009 were set as the experimental group, 210 nursing students of the same education background were selected as the control group. The experimental group adopted seamless training model of "demonstration unit", the control group used traditional segmental teaching mode. Teaching effect was compared between the two groups. Results The theoretic test results, operation and technological testing results and satisfaction degree with the teaching in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusions The seamless training model of "demonstration unit" is approved by the patients, teachers and nursing students and improves the quality of clinical teaching. It should be used widely in clinical nursing education.
5.Coping style of persons with acute myocardial infarction from incidence to hospital admission: a qualitative research
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(23):9-12
Objective To deeply explore coping style of persons with acute myocardial infarctionfrom incidence to hospital admission. Methods A qualitative research with cross-sectional and retro-spective multiple-case study was used. Ten persons with confirmed acute myocardial infarction were recruit-ed from a large hospital in Wuhan. Semi-structured interviews and conceptual framework for this study wereconducted based on a guide developed hom a review of the literatures pertaining to coping ability and ex-pert opinion. Interviews were audiotape recorded and transcribed verbatim. Qualitative date were analyzedby using thematic analysis. Results Coping ability influenced patients" decisions in seeking treatment, associated with patients" geographic area, culture and economy but not education. Analysis of the data re-vealed coping ability included three sub-themes: remaining routine life as usual, seeking resources and helpand confirming the disease. Conclusions Systemic health education should be supplied to high-risk pop-ulation to improve their ability to cope with disease.Effective measures should be adopted to reduce timedelay so that the disease incidence rate, death rate and disability rate will be reduced.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(24):35-36
Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing of children with cerebral palsy treated by cerebrovascular function treatment(CVFT).Methods Children with cerebral palsy(56 cases)were divided into the therapy group and the control group. They all received rehabilitation training and medication. The therapy group were treated with CVFT based upon routine treatmenL Results The effective rate in the thempy group was 96.5% and was 77.8% in the control group. There were statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions CVFY can improve the cerebral circulation, advance the blood-supply and oxygen-supply of injured cerebral tissue, alleviate the putrescence of cerebral tissue, accelerate the functional recovery of limbs of children with cerebral palsy, shorten the course of disease and improve the quality of children's life.
7.Influence on quality of sputum sample of tuberculosis patients on detection of acid-fast bacilli and its nursing measure
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(22):44-45
Objective To discuss the influence factors on detection of acid-fast bacilli for tubercu-lnsis patients and to seek for method to improve the quality of sputum sample. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 3102 sputum sample of 1034 patients. Results The positve detection of acid-fast bacilli was found in 570 samples (18.4%). Pus sputum and bloody sputum had no evident influence on the positive detection rate(P>0.05).The other two kinds of sputum had statistical influence on the positive detection rate (P<0.01). Conclusions Attention to the intervention and instruction before collecting sputum sample proved to be important measure to ensure the quality of sputum sample and increase the positve detection rate of acid-fast bacilli.

Objective Survey the classification on diseases of patients in hospital. Discuss personnel arrange-ment of nursing staff. Methods Survey and star sickbed number,CD rate/month,nurse number accounted on nursing level and sickbed-nurse ratio in 2007, discuss personnel arrangement of nursing staff. Results It is different that the nurse number accounted by two means, Z=2.234,P=0.025. The correlation about CD rate and nurse number in theories: r=0.782,p=0.004, nurse number in theories= CD ratex0.51-17.11, F=16.543,p=0.003.Conclusion CD rate should be reasonable personnel arrangement of nursing staff.

ObjectiveTo investigate the treatment effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) treated by non-invasive mechanical ventilation with BiPAP mode.Methods96 patients with diagnosed COPD and using non-invasive mechanical ven- tilation with BiPAP mode were randomly divided into the control group(46 cases) which was treated with routine measures and the comprehensive nursing intervention group (50 cases) which adopted comprehen- sive nursing intervention according to experimental design. The frightening degree, incidence rate of com- plications and clinical treatment effect by ventilator were compared between the two groups.ResultsPa- tients compliance with treatment and clinical treatment effect by ventilator in the comprehensive nursing in- tervention group was better than that of the control group. The frightening degree and incidence rate ofcomplications were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.01 ).ConclusionsComprehensive nurs-ing intervention with non-invasive mechanical ventilation with BiPAP mode can improve the treatmentcompliance of COPD patients, reduce complications followed by non-invasive mechanical ventilation andreach the prospective treatment effect.

Objective To observe the influence on early blood glucose by 3 L fluid replacementafter kidney transplantation. Methods Patients(60 cases) after kidney transplantation were randomly di-vidod into two groups.Group A used circular fluid replacement and Group B used 3L fluid replacement. Thelevel of blood glucose was detected before operation, after operation ,once every 8 hours at the first day, thenonce a day for the following six days. Results The level of blood glucose with 3 L fluid replacement waslower than that with circular fluid replacement, especially from the fast day to the fourth day after operation(P < 0.05). Conclusions The method with 3 L fluid replacement surpasses obviously circular fluid re-placement in blood glucose control after kidney transplantation.
